  • Delivery Time - we ship within 24 hours of receipt of order on merchandise good in stock.
  • Freight Policy - unless otherwise specified, all orders will be shipped UPS, FOB Shipping Point. You are responsible for all freight charges. Deducted freight charges will be charged back. You may choose any company and method of shipment.
  • Credit - unless otherwise approved, satisfactory trade references must accompany your opening order. Otherwise, we can ship your orders COD until credit is approved.
  • Minimum Order - there is no minimum order requirement.
  • Prices - subject to change without notice.
  • Quotations - available by phone, in writing or via email.
  • Terms - net 30 days from billing, OAC. Failure to comply with invoice terms may result in a credit hold being placed on your account. Late accounts may be placed on COD.
  • Payment Delay - if any invoice is not paid per the invoice terms, you may pay all reasonable costs and expenses, including attorney's fees incurred by us in the collection of a past due account. We may hold pending orders on overdue accounts.
  • Claims - must be made within ten (10) days of receipt of shipment.
  • Return Merchandise - must have an authorization number. We will gladly correct our errors at our expense. There may be a 25% restocking charge on special order or non-stock items returned plus freight charges.
  • Backorders - will be shipped as soon as we receive your merchandise. You will be notified at the time of order if we are unable to ship your order for any reason.
  • Cross Reference and ID - often, we can help you ID a lamp over the phone, but if not, send a photocopy of your sample. If the lamp you need is not available, we will try to cross-reference.
