Robertson places a date code label on each ballast shipped from the factory. This is a white label with a series of numbers on it (5 or 6 digits). All Robertson returns must be submitted with a valid date code for each ballast returned. If you are returning a case, one date code from one ballast is sufficient. Please record all of the numbers listed in the appropriate space below.
