  • We ship all in stock items the same day via UPS® for orders placed before 4:00 p.m.

  • We pick up from the major lamp manufacturers daily. If we don't have your product in stock, we can get it and ship it by the next day.

  • We ship via FedEx® up until 2:30 p.m. (Atlanta) and 4:00 p.m. (Irvine).

  • Our blind shipping service allows us to drop ship to your customers without their knowing the package came from Candela. The packing slip will show your return address, with no identifying marks.

  • We can ship via any carrier you specify - as long as the carrier can pick up from and deliver to the locations of your choice.
