Does Candela have a catalog and price sheet? Through our customer service department, you have immediate access to our extensive, up to date product and pricing databases. We also offer links to manufacturer sites on this website. Product specifications and pricing are available electronically, on request. We do not currently have a printed catalog.
Does Candela have an order minimum? Most of our products are offered without a minimum order. On certain miniature lamp products, we require a small minimum package quantity.

What are Candela's payment terms? COD or Net 30 days on approved credit.
How do I set up a net 30-day term account? Complete the credit application form and we'll get back to you.
How long does it take to set up an account with Candela? Generally no more than 14 days though most are handled in 1 to 4 days.
Does Candela accept credit cards? Credit cards are accepted on a limited basis for retail customers. We do not offer credit card terms to distributors or OEM.s. We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Does Candela offer discounts? There's never one pricing fits all. We may award special pricing on products and quantities, (i.e., case or multiple cases), order frequency or low volume consistent for a long period of time.

Whom do I contact if my login fails? Just complete the request information and we'll email you with your password within seconds.

How does Candela ship packages? You name it, we use it, including UPS, FedEx, LTL, and truck line carriers.
What freight carriers does Candela use? UPS and FedEx.
When will Candela ship my package? How about same day shipping on most products in stock, and next day shipping for products in stock at a supplier? That's 3 to 5 days faster than going direct with manufacturers.
Can I track my package myself? Any time, online. Click on eStatus.
Does Candela have a freight-allowed policy? No, but freight can be negotiated on a per order basis. At Candela, it's all about flexibility.
